孩子監護權--The Child Custody Battle (轉)

一對夫妻到地方法院去辦離婚，但是孩子的監護權是個爭執問題。

The mother jumped to her feet and protested to the judge
that since she had brought the children into this world, she
should retain custody of them. The man also wanted custody
of his children, so the judge asked for his side of the
story.

這母親跳腳說孩子是她親生的，當然是她才擁有監護權。而先生也想爭取，所以法官也請他說說理由看看。

After a long moment of silence, the man rose from his chair
and replied:'Judge, when I put a dollar into a vending
machine, and a Pepsi comes out, does the Pepsi belong to me
or to the machine?'

經過長時間的沉寂，然後男人站起來回答說：
「法官大人！當我把一塊錢塞進自動販賣機，然後滾出一瓶百事可樂來，難道這可樂會屬於那部機器的嗎？」

Don't laugh, he won!

別笑！他贏了。
